Installation Guide Seamless ACH x WooCommerce
Make sure you have administrative access to your website where you plan to install the Seamless ACH plugin. Verify that your WordPress version is up to date and WooCommerce is installed.
Seamless ACH WooCommerce Plugin Installation Guide
Accept ACH/eCheck payments easily with the Seamless ACH plugin for WooCommerce.

1. Install the Plugin
- Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New
Choose one of the following installation methods:
Option 1 (Recommended): Install from the WordPress Plugin Directory
- Enter SeamlessACH in the plugin search field.
- Locate the Seamless ACH plugin in the search results (https://wordpress.org/plugins/seamless-ach/).
- Click Install Now.
- Once the installation is complete, click Activate.
Option 2: Manual Installation
- Download Latest Version — seamless-ach.zip file from the official SeamlessChex WordPress plugin page.
- On the Add Plugins page, click Upload Plugin.
- Select the downloaded seamless-ach.zip file.
- Click Install Now.
- Once the installation is complete, click Activate.
2. Configure Seamless ACH

Go to Seamless ACH Settings in your WordPress admin panel

Enter your API keys from your Seamless ACH dashboard:
Settings > API- Use
sk_test_...for Sandbox/Test Mode - Use
sk_...for Live Mode
- Use

Choose the correct mode (Sandbox or Live)

Customize other settings such as:
- Payment method name and description
- Capture auth behavior
- Payment frequency
3. Optional: Webhook Setup for Auto Status Updates
- In Seamless ACH settings, find the Webhook URL field
- Go to your Seamless ACH dashboard:

This enables automatic updates to WooCommerce order statuses.
4. Order Status Overview
- ACH In-Process – Payment is currently processing
- Paid – Payment has cleared
- Failed – Payment did not go through
- On-Hold – Default WooCommerce status after payment is initiated
You can also manually trigger status updates from the WooCommerce Orders page using Update Seamless ACH Status.
5. API Key Modes Explained
| Mode | Prefix | Use Case | Notes |

Secret keys should never be exposed on the client side.
6. Whitelist Seamless ACH IPs and Domains
If you're using a firewall or security plugin, whitelist the following:
Domains

IP Addresses
54.91.177.14735.168.136.19952.86.225.552.54.42.180
7. Enable Seamless ACH in WooCommerce
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments
- Find Seamless ACH in the list
- Click Enable and configure the label and behavior as needed
8. Test the Integration
- Set API mode to Sandbox
- Place a test order from your WooCommerce store
- Confirm it appears in your Seamless ACH dashboard:

Seamless ACH is now active and accepting payments through WooCommerce.
